WHAT IS THE TBHC SMALL REPAIR SCHEDULE SERVICE?
Following feedback from TBHC members and a review of the Traditional Buildings Repair Grant process, TBHC is offering a new service; a Small Repair Schedule. After a meeting with a TBHC inspector to discuss and agree the works you would like to undertake, a schedule of works will be prepared. The schedule aims to summarise the repair works you wish to carry out at your property and would like contractors to quote for. It therefore provides a simple document to issue to contractors.
The primary goal of the service is to receive more directly comparable quotes from potential contractors. TBHC recommend that where works are larger or more complicated, or a higher level of specification is required that you consider employing a building professional (Architect or Chartered Building Surveyor)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
TBHC can undertake this service for an additional fee after your inspection report is completed, the cost of the Small Repair Schedule will depend on the complexity of the works, but would be in the region of £50-£100.
